Arduino “Dean” Colomban is the Founder and Managing Broker of Skyler Realty LLC, a firm rooted in integrity, transparency, and advocacy. With over three decades of experience across Wall Street finance, mortgage banking, and real estate, Dean brings an unmatched depth of knowledge to every client relationship.
His career began in 1985 on Wall Street, where he served as a Vice President and Senior Manager at several major firms including Thomson McKinnon Securities, Prudential-Bache, Advest, La Salle Street Securities and Bear Stearns. Dean played key roles in securitization, mortgage-backed securities, underwriting, and risk management — expertise that laid the foundation for his transition into mortgage banking and real estate.
From 2000 onward, he led multiple mortgage operations, managing warehouse credit lines, underwriting teams, and compliance for institutions such as Advest Bank, Guaranteed Home Mortgage, and Fairfield Financial Funding. His leadership evolved into consulting through Asset Acquisition Enterprise LLC, where he focused on forensic mortgage research, compliance reviews, and loss mitigation — helping countless homeowners navigate the fallout of the 2008 financial crisis.
Today, through Skyler Realty LLC, Dean continues his mission to help homeowners recover, rebuild, and reclaim stability, particularly those affected by foreclosure, predatory lending, or distressed property situations. His combination of Wall Street experience and real-world advocacy gives clients a trusted ally with both technical and personal insight. Graduating Cum Laude from the New York Institute of Technology in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Daniel Colomban began his career designing luxury residences and high-end commercial spaces across New York City. With over seven years of architectural experience, Daniel developed a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of space and function, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction—all of which he now brings to the real estate industry.
In October of 2024, Daniel seamlessly transitioned into real estate with a focus on both residential and commercial properties. Since then, he has helped countless renters and buyers find their ideal homes and investment spaces, earning a reputation for being knowledgeable, thorough, and deeply client-focused.
At the same time, Daniel launched Architee Studios, his own architectural design firm, and began actively pursuing his professional architectural licensure. His dual path in design and real estate allows him to offer a unique, multidimensional perspective—bridging creative vision with market realities.
